Policies

Annual Registration Fee
All Students must pay an $35 annual registration fee, with the initial class enrollment and again each year in the student's anniversary month. This fee is good for one year or until student drops out of the program.
Enrollment
You may enroll in a Recreational Class at any time. Tuition will be prorated if a student joins the class in the middle of the month. We reserve the right to cancel a class at any time. We also reserve the right to change our schedule as needed.
Tuition
  • Tuition is charged Monthly and is due on or before the 1st day of each month. Students who are registered and enrolled are automatically transferred to the next month's class roster.
  • Any payment received after the first of the month is considered late and a $20 late payment fee will be automatically charged to your account.
  • There will be no tuition reductions, pro-rations or refunds for any reason. Payment is based on four weeks of instruction. However, some months have five weeks. We do not charge for the extra weeks attained throughout the year.
  • Additional children in a family or additional classes for a child will receive a 15% discount on their tuition for Recreational Classes.
NFS/Returned Check Fee

Any Returned Check or Denied ACH Draft or Card transaction, will result in a $35.00 NSF Fee being automatically charged to your account.

Drop Class
To drop out of a class and terminate billing, Parents must submit a DROP CLASS REQUEST form by the 1st of the prior month of the drop out month. Parents are responsible for payment whether or not their student(s) attends classes leading up to the 1st of the drop out month. NO REFUNDS will be issued for failure to do so.
No Refunds

All payments and deposits are Non-Refundable.

Makeup Policy
Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds for classes missed for any reason, including scheduled holidays, meets or other gym related activities.
What to Wear

Boys and Girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotards for Girls. No chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. Personal items should be left neatly on student storage shelves.

Arrival & Pickup
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late in picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
Snack

Please do not send any nut based snacks with your children, we follow a strict NO-NUT policy.
